HOUSTON – There are big changes on the way in the Houston area just in time for the weekend, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
“We will look for fog across the bay Thursday overnight and in the morning,” said Paul.
Early Friday morning we’ll be in the low-50s, but in the afternoon we’ll get back into the 70s.
“Enjoy it because as we get in Super Sunday, more cold and wet comes in,” said Paul.
Saturday afternoon will also be warm and cloudy with a rain chance.
By Sunday the temperatures start to drop again as the rain chance jumps to 50 percent.
Early next week daytime temps will be in the 50s and overnight lows will be in the 30s and 40s. The chance for rain will finally go away by the middle of next week.
