HOUSTON -– The humidity will make for a warm and muggy Tuesday, but there is a chance for rain back in the forecast, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“We were tracking a few showers coming in off the Gulf early this morning,” said Johnson. “The rain has a chance of making it further inland over the next 24 hours.”
There’s a 20-percent chance for rain on Tuesday with a forecast high of 93 degrees.
The rain chance jumps to 30 percent Wednesday through the weekend as temps stay in the low- to mid-90s.
Next week the scattered clouds stick around along with a chance for rain.
