HOUSTON – Wednesday evening will be breezy and warm in the Houston area, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
Even though the winds started out calm this morning, we are expecting them to pick up to about 15 mph this afternoon. Expect to see more sunshine later today, which will warm us up pretty quickly.
Temperatures early this morning were in the upper-60s across town. Wednesday evening we will bottom out in the low 80s.
We could see mostly cloudy skies on Thursday with more humidity.
There are no big changes in the weather pattern all the way through the weekend – muggy overnight hours with hot and humid afternoons.
On Memorial Day a few clouds return along with a slight chance for scattered rain.
