HOUSTON – As Spring Break wraps up we'll start the work week with warm temperatures, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“Our afternoon highs will be near 90 degrees. We’ll probably break some records today,” said Johnson. “Later this week, however, it will be a lot more seasonable for this time of the year.”
A cool front will move through late Tuesday morning, dropping the afternoon temperatures by about 10 dgrees. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday there's a slight chance for rain.
Daytime temperatures after Monday will be in the mid-70s with overnight temperatures around 60 degrees.
