HOUSTON -– Tuesday will yet again be muggy and warm in the early morning hours, with our afternoon highs reaching the mid-90s, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
The skies will be mostly sunny with a 20-percent chance for rain in the afternoon hours.
“I still think today is going to be mostly be dry,” said Johnson. “We just have that slight chance for a stray shower.”
The slight chance for rain carries over into Wednesday as a few clouds linger in the sky.
The seven-day forecast calls for much of the same: muggy mornings and hot afternoons. Stay in the shade when you can and drink plenty of water.
