HOUSTON – The work week will start off dry and sunny, but it will not last for long, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.
Monday will be warm and breezy with highs in the upper-70s and low-80s. Temperatures for the morning commute will be in the mid-60s.
Later mid-week, expect to see some severe thunderstorms late Wednesday and early Thursday.
There is a 40 percent chance of rain Wednesday, but the rain should clear out by Thursday afternoon.
