Houston Forecast: Chance for showers lingers Sunday

HOUSTON – The chance for rain will linger for the next few days as tropical moisture continues to build in the Gulf, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.

Once again temps will start off in the mid-70s Sunday and will top off at 92 degrees with a 30-percent rain chance in the afternoon.

Isolated rain showers along the coast are expected in the morning. The will eventually move inland over the course of the day.

On Monday, will we see a 30 percent chance of rain before it increases to 40 percent on Tuesday and Wednesday.
