HOUSTON – Thursday morning the Houston area started out in the 50s, but we’ll warm up nicely this afternoon, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“You may need that light jacket out the door this morning, and then of course you’re not going to need it later today,” said Johnson.
The forecast high today is 83 degrees under sunny skies.
Friday will be a few degrees cooler, and on Saturday a few clouds move back into the forecast along with a slight chance for rain. The chance for rain jumps to 40 percent on Sunday and then decreases for the start of your workweek.
In the seven-day forecast, overnight temps stay in the 50s and 60s and daytime temps stay in the low-80s.
