HOUSTON – Wednesday will be hot with another chance for early afternoon showers, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
"It's the air you can wear," Johnson said of the sticky conditions.
The morning started with something we haven’t seen in a few days: scattered showers moving in off the coast and those hit-or-miss showers were expected to continue this afternoon.
There is also 20-percent chance for rain Thursday, which jumps to 30 percent on Friday.
High temps will be in the mid-90s for the rest of the week.
