Houston readies for year's biggest parade

2003 Washington Mutual Thanksgiving Day Parade

Parade Route

Catch the parade on its new route through downtown Houston. The parade returns to the east side of downtown traveling 20 blocks from Minute Maid Park at Chenevert and Texas to Capitol at Chenevert.

Route: West on Texas to Fannin, turning south to Walker. Turn east on Walker for two blocks turning north on Caroline. Proceed east on Capitol ending at Chenevert.

Reserved Seats

Reserved bleacher seats are available for $20 each. Seats can be purchased at all Washington Mutual Houston-area financial centers, online or charge by phone at (713) 654-8808, ext. 290.

Seats in the television zone are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Proceeds benefit the Houston International Festival's education programs.
