Driver plunges off San Antonio mall parking garage

A 19-year-old man was hospitalized late Tuesday night after crashing his car off the fifth level of a parking garage at North Star Mall. San Antonio police said the teen and another driver did not go to the mall to shop. Instead, they were racing.
