Families file lawsuit in Baytown police chase that ended in deadly crash

Families of two teens involved in a crash caused by a police chase filed a lawsuit against the City of Baytown Tuesday. Sixteen-year-old Shawn Williams died and 17-year-old Shay Hollingshead remains in a wheelchair.
