Houston forecast: Rain and fog tonight

The light rain we’re seeing Thursday afternoon is the beginning of the next storm system that is moving in. The rain has come in earlier than expected, but it’ll last overnight and into Friday, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul.
