Dallas County's West Nile plans changed by mild winter

"It's still West Nile season, as far as we are concerned," said Dallas County Health and Human Services Director Zachary Thompson. Typically, West Nile virus isn't as much of a concern during cooler months. But this hasn't been a typical year.
