Pilots union approves labor contract with American Airlines

Members of the Allied Pilots Association voted overwhelmingly Friday to approve ratifying a new contract with American Airlines, an agreement that was widely viewed as the last hurdle in the Fort Worth-based company’s bankruptcy proceedings.
