Dallas man arrested in connection with Houston pepper spray robberies

Police say they may have cracked the case of Monday's violent jewelry store robbery involving pepper spray and a toy gun in Clear Lake, and the suspect may be tied to the robbery of a Tiffany's jewelry store in The Woodlands.
