Family's bank account drained twice after Southwest Airlines glitch

Southwest Airlines is apologizing to customers mistakenly billed for multiple flights during a computer glitch Friday night. One Tarrant County couple thought their drained bank account was taken care of. And then it was back in the red Tuesday.
