Houston forecast: Heat advisory in effect on scorching Wednesday

We are not seeing much of any chance for cooling off, so use your hot-weather smarts on this scorching hot day. A heat advisory is in effect until 8 p.m. Wednesday for most of the Houston area, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson said.
