HOUSTON – Drier air will remain over the Houston area Thursday, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
The forecast high Thursday will top out in the low-to-mid-90s under mostly clear skies.
"Lower humidity is topping the headlines right now, but it will stay pretty warm," said Garner. "Sticky air makes its return on Friday."
The rain chance goes away until the weekend when daytime temps drop to the low-90s with overnight lows in the upper-60s and low-70s.
There’s a 20-percent chance for rain Saturday and a 40-percent chance for rain Sunday.
Next week the rain fizzles off leaving us with a nice mix of sun and clouds to start the workweek.
