HOUSTON—Some local students are relieving stress by renting puppies.

The service was offered Tuesday outside the student center at Alvin Community College.

Students could buy up to 20 minutes of puppy time for $1.

It was all to help students blow off some steam during finals.

Some of the proceeds were set to go the Pearland Animal Shelter.
