Raw: 18-wheeler flips, loses load on I-45/610 ramp

An 18-wheeler overturned and lost its load while heading from the Gulf Freeway to 610 Monday morning, blocking a ramp and snarling traffic.  It happened around 8:45 a.m. on the ramp from I-45 N to 610 E.
