HOUSTON -- Houston’s weather will be about 10 degrees cooler Tuesday than it was on Monday, but it will still be on the warm and windy side, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
A wind advisory will be in effect from 10 a.m. into the late afternoon.
“We did see additional cloud coverage move in overnight,” said Johnson. “We’re tracking a front moving in from our north, so over the next 12 hours we’ll see a slight drop in the temperatures.”
A few sprinkles were reported in the early morning hours. Tuesday afternoon we’ll top out in the upper-60s.
Wednesday the winds calm down, and the temperatures drop another five degrees.
We’ll have a nice mix of sun and clouds through the weekend.
Our next big chance for rain comes on Sunday and Monday as daytime temperatures creep back into the 70s.
