Houston forecast: Warm, dry week ahead

HOUSTON—Several dry and warm days lie ahead, with tomorrow the area’s best chance at seeing some showers, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.

There’s a 20% chance of some scattered showers in northern areas including Huntsville and Livingston around midday Monday.

Temperatures Sunday were just shy of 90 at 89 degrees with humidity at 40%. The summery weather will continue throughout the rest of the week.

Overnight temperatures tonight will be in the 60s, 74 on Galveston Island.
