HOUSTON -- The central and southern counties in our viewing area will wake up to fog Wednesday morning, said KHOU 11 Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Overnight through about 8 a.m., if you live south of 1-10, you’ll experience patchy fog. Some spots -- especially those closer to the coast -- could have dense fog.
Areas to the north will have temps in the mid-to-upper 40’s overnight.
After the fog rolls out, we’ll have mostly sunny skies Wednesday afternoon. Temps will be in the upper 60’s and lower 70’s.
Houston will reach 75 on Thursday. There is a 20-percent chance for showers during the day. Our rain chances increase on Friday to 30-percent.
The forecast shows the temperature will drop this weekend. Highs will be in the lower 60’s on Saturday and Sunday.
