HOUSTON –- Wednesday will be cooler and mostly sunny once the clouds move out, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.

A cool front moved through the Houston in the overnight hours, bringing a line of fast-moving showers.

“Temperatures this morning are about 15 degrees cooler than where we started yesterday morning,” said Johnson. “Even this afternoon it’s going to be cool and breezy.”

Wednesday’s forecast high is 66 degrees. Overnight into Thursday morning we will drop into the upper-30s.

The pleasant weather will continue through the weekend. A few more clouds move in along with a 30-percent chance of rain on Monday.
