HOUSTON –- It will be another chilly night Thursday heading into Friday morning for southeast Texas, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.

Our daytime temps Thursday are expected to top out only around 58 degrees.

“We have high pressure that is going to continue to feed us sunshine,” said Johnson. “Even out west, we’re not watching any new storms.”

Before sunrise Friday morning we'll be in the mid-30s under clear skies.

Sunny skies and daytime temps around 60 continue through at least next Wednesday. Overnight and early morning temperatures will dip down into the 30s and 40s.
