HOUSTON –- Wednesday started as another chilly and cloudy morning, but some nice changes rolled in leading up to noontime.

An early morning chance of rain gave way to only partly cloudy skies and an afternoon high temp around 51 degrees.

“On our satellite and radar picture, just to our northwest, we have some nice clearing. That’s what’s expected to move into Houston later tonight heading into tomorrow," said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.

We’ll see mostly sunny skies and no chance of rain through the weekend heading into next week. Daytime temps will be around 60 degrees, but in our overnight hours we’ll still dip down into the 30s and 40s for the next several days.
