HOUSTON – A dry, weak cold front will move through the Houston area Sunday morning, but will not hurt plans for Super Bowl Sunday and the Mardi Gras celebration, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.
The front will bring slightly cooler weather that originally forecast with morning temperatures in the mid-40s and afternoon highs in the low-70s.
There will still be plenty of humidity before the front arrives, so some area may experience an overnight fog.
Wet weather is still in the forecast for Monday with a 30 percent chance of rain.
