HOUSTON -- Most of the area will be dry tonight, but there is a slight chance for a few sprinkles or rain drops as a cold front moves in, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
The windy conditions will continue into Tuesday afternoon. There’s a high fire danger on Tuesday and winds could gust up to 35 mph.
If you’re heading to RodeoHouston Monday night, it will be warm, but breezy with temps around 70 degrees.
Overnight, the temperature will cool off. Our northern areas will be in the upper 40’s and low 50’s. Areas from Houston to the coast will dip into the low 50’s.
On Tuesday, we’ll be about 10 degrees cooler than Monday with a high of 68 degrees.
Highs for Wednesday and Thursday will only be in the mid-60’s.
Our next significant chance for rain is Sunday going into Monday morning.
