HOUSTON — A crash involving an overturned 18-wheeler blocked the ramp from the Katy Freeway eastbound to the 610 West Loop northbound early Friday, reported Houston TranStar. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, but crews worked overnight to clear the wreckage as well as the truck’s spilled load of steel. The truck's driver was not injured, officials said.
