HOUSTON -- Firefighter said the quick actions of some alert neighbors may have kept a southeast Houston apartment fire from causing any injuries. It was reported around 11:15 p.m. on Cripple Creek Drive at Silver Creek Drive, according to the Houston Fire Department.
