HOUSTON –- Police said a late night scuffle that turned into a deadly shooting may be a case of self-defense. According to the Houston Police Department, it was around 11:15 p.m. Wednesday when officers were called to a unit at the Cherry Creek Apartments on Hollister at Tidwell. They found a man in his early 20s with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was sent to the hospital where he later died.
