HOUSTON -- Police said a driver in northwest Houston refused to pull over for officers late Thursday, leading them on a chase all because of marijuana. It was around 11:30 p.m. when an officer tried to pull over a Ford Taurus for a traffic violation, but the car took off, according to the Houston Police Department.
