HOUSTON –- A killer was on the run early Tuesday after a man was shot to death in a quiet neighborhood not far from The Heights, police said. It was around 10:30 p.m. Monday when residents on Tabor at Pecore heard gunshots and called 911, officers with the Houston Police Department said.
