HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Deputy constables said early Tuesday a suspect rear-ended an officer’s patrol car before leading them on a half-hour chase down Beltway 8. The chase started near the intersection of Westheimer and the toll way and lasted about 30 minutes – leading police about 20 miles from the west side of town to the east side.
