HOUSTON -- A vacant apartment building was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters were called to the scene around 4 a.m. Wednesday. It was reported on W. Little York Road near TC Jester Boulevard. Firefighters were able to quickly get the big blaze under control before it spread to nearby buildings.
