HOUSTON – Police investigated Wednesday morning what caused a trucker’s fatal crash that shut down the outbound lanes of the Eastex Freeway not far from Bush Intercontinental Airport. As of 10:15 a.m. the freeway’s northbound main lanes and a ramp remained closed.
