HOUSTON – A suspect who led a Houston police officer on a chase late Thursday night ended up hitting the officer’s patrol car after turning down a dead end road, police said. The Houston Police Department said it was just after midnight when the officer tried to stop a Ford Taurus for a traffic violation on Fidelity Street at N. Carolina Street in far east Houston.
