MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Detectives north of Houston responded to a report of a suspected copper thief who was found dead in a CenterPoint Energy substation. A serviceman entered the substation in the 25200-block of Interstate 45 on Wednesday night and discovered the body, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
