HOUSTON – Chad Holley was in court Wednesday morning for a hearing on his second burglary charge, but the hearing was reset.
Holley and three friends are accused of breaking into a home in northwest Harris County last month.
It was another burglary investigation that led to Holley’s infamous run-in with HPD, in which officers were caught beating him on a surveillance video.
One former officer involved in that incident has been acquitted.
Three other ex-cops are awaiting trial and trying to get a change of venue.
