HOUSTON – Police said they were investigating late Tuesday to see who ran a red light in a crash that injured a female driver. According to the Houston Police Department, the crash occurred around 10 p.m. as the woman traveled westbound on the Beltway 8 frontage road at JFK Boulevard, not far from Bush Intercontinental Airport.
