HOUSTON -— Houston police said they used GPS to track down the location of a man who allegedly stole a truck at knifepoint overnight. It was around 12:30 a.m. Thursday when officers with the Houston Police Department received a 911 call about a carjacking. They were told a small pickup truck was taken at knifepoint on Ella at 43rd.
