HOUSTON – The once-defaced mural of President Barack Obama across from a midtown restaurant is back, and it has a new look. Artist Reginald Adams and his team worked all night Wednesday to complete the new design. It portrays a more recent shot of the president along with his 2012 campaign slogan.
