A monkey turned himself in after wreaking havoc on a Florida neighborhood. Zeke got out of his cage and went on a rampage, even scratching a few people along the way.
Police had to close off several streets while they tried to catch up with the monkey. This is Zeke's second offense. He got also escaped his cage in February.
