HOUSTON -- When Democratic gubernatorial hopeful Farouk Shami is asked about the fallout over Debra Medina’s comments on the U.S. government’s possible involvement in 9/11, he says he also has questions about the attack.

"We still don't know who killed John F. Kennedy, who's behind it," Shami said during an interview with 11 News Reporter Doug Miller. "Will we ever find the truth about 9/11?

"It's hard to make judgments," he said.  "I'm not saying yes or no, because I don't know the truth."
