Prosecutors say alleged shooter told them 'the voices in his head told him to' shoot deputy
Prosecutors say 24-year-old Romando Powell admitted to investigators he intentionally shot the deputy because quote “the voices in his head told him to.” He’s now charged with attempted capital murder of a peace officer.
