HOUSTON – The Fourth of July will be steamy hot in Houston and surrounding areas, but we may see a bit of rain, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said.
There is a 20-percent chance for rain showers.
“On Wednesday a brief shower could pop, temperatures will rise to the low-to-mid 90s, it’s going to be steamy hot for sure,” he said.
The seven-day forecast shows increasing chances for rain as we head toward the end of the week.
“No 100-degree readings, but it feels like it’s over 100,” he said. “It’s like a sauna outside.”
