Hurricane Earl passed just North of the British Virgin Island and Puerto Rico today. The Bahamas are next in line to see the outer bands of this now category four hurricane. This is the second major hurricane in the tropical Atlantic to form this year. The question now is will this hurricane impact the United States ?
