HOUSTON – The Houston Texans win in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs on Saturday sparked a celebration in the Reliant Stadium parking lot.

DJ’s cranked their music in the Blue and Red lots while others sparked their grill for a post-game tailgate party.

“We’re going to the Super Bowl,” Jaime Alcantar, a fan, said. “We’re going win and go all the way.”

Fans believe their team is ready for a Super Bowl run. Earlier in the day, those same fans proved themselves ready for cold rain. They brought tents, tarps and blankets.

“It’s too cold out here, but that’s alright. We’re here to support our Texans. That’s all that matters. We’re here,” one fan said.

These fans felt victory before their team even ran on the field.

“You gotta believe in your heart that you’re going to win,” one fan said.
