HOUSTON--Police are hunting for a rare deer to return it to its worried Bellaire owner.
The exotic deer has been on the lam for going on six days as of Friday. He’s making his way north on the 610 service road, hiding out in little wooded areas.
Dr. Joseph Agris collects deer, but one of them made a break for the 14-foot fence enclosing them.
"It’s a pet, like if you lost your dog or something," said Agris.
